Old Photos

I stumbled upon some old photos of myself where I thought all have already lost.

I wouldn't say that these photos are really THAT OLD; ALL of them are at least 3 years old; most of them are at least 5 years old; and a couple of them are even up 7 years ago!

I will caption the photo to state the year I took it, if i can still remember of course.

Lastly, like I've mentioned, the pictures are old and therefore camera photo quality are still very bad then...



First up:

I named this picture 'Road to somewhere...'

'Road to Somewhere...' was taken back in 2004.

Guess where did I snapped picture? While I was having my field-camp exercise training in Pasir Laba Camp. And as a Rifleman, I have been to so many different places in Singapore for field-camp exercise; Ama Keng, Tekong, Marsling, Lim Chu Kang, and dozen more, I must disclose that Pasir Laba camp definitely have the best scenery in NOT just field-camp sites, but the best natural scenery in the whole Singapore!

My Last Taekwondo Performance

This is the oldest picture posted up here - Taken 11 years ago in 2000!

As you can see from the picture, I was doing some kind of karate flying kick to the wooden plank! Hahaha... Well, to be exact, I did 3 continuous 360 kicks then followed by a high flying 360 kick.

That was considered my first and my last Taekwondo performance ever in a 'national' level. From that day on, I actually believe my efforts that I've put into my extra training & learning has finally been recognized by someone very prominent in the circle of Taekwondo. I had a high hope of from that point onwards, my Taekwondo dream will soon start to lift off... But unfortunately and regrettably, I QUIT,

I know it almost useless to ask this question here; but I REALLY HOPE that anyone who did took a video of that evening's performance at the '100th STF Centralized Grading'. Please please sent it to me! Mine was accidentally washed over by my friend when I haven even seen the replay of my performance!! Back when I was working in Giant Hypermarket. In the above picture, I was actually 'steal-eating' a mochi ice cream while hiding the the super freezing, MINUS 40 Degree, Cold Room!!!

Lastly, how could I miss out my old pictures of my 'baby' who we have spent quality time, memories, stories, and the thrillest of rides where we face it off together...

I miss the days and memories we had together buddy~
But I feel sorry that none of my close friends then, also riding the same bike model as me, wasn't willing to have a friendly race of skills (in a track with multiple cornerings) with me despite being asked numerous time. Did they felt overwhelmed by my skills?? LOL
