X-Men: First Class, the fifth X-Men movie series, what more could I say? Full of actions, interesting story, great visual effects, superpowers, blue mutants, and more to go on...
Alright, I will be a be a little more detailed. This movie is the prequel of Professor X and Magneto; mainly focusing on their relationship - how they became friends and how their friendship later took a wrong turn.
This movie is nice! So much so that I wished that the duration of this movie was 4 hours instead of 2! I could only hope that the 2nd prequel will be out very soon!
Mm... But one thing concern me in the movie... That the storyline isn't really loyal to the original story from the comics. But still, I understand that we have to evaluate the movie as a movie, and not a comic book.
Lastly, why is that Magneto always seems to be the one that took the 'spectacular moment' in almost all of the X-Men movie series?? In this movie, I believe the 'spectacular moment' will be the scene where he single-handedly stopped dozens of huge missiles targeting towards him!
I remember in the last instalment of the X-Men trilogy (X-Men: The Last Stand), the 'spectacular moment' of the movie goes to Magneto too! It was the scene where he levitated and shifted the entire Golden Gate Bridge towards another direction!
Scene from X-Men: The Last Stand
The scene where the Golden Gate Bridge was being levitate by Magneto
The scene where the Golden Gate Bridge was being levitate by Magneto
Come to think of it again, I now feel it isn't really surprising as to why Magneto always gets the 'spectacular moment' in the X-Men films... Because he is the main villain that's why!! *slaps forehead* They always gets the honor of it!
Omg... Btw, I didn't notice the time, it's already 5 AM in the morning!
I shall sign off now! Good bye!
